The benefits of psychotherapy include, understanding yourself and your personal goals and values better, learning skills for improving relationships, and finding a solution to the problems or concerns that caused certain barriers prior to receiving support. If you are eager to change and willing to put in the effort I can help you heal, focus your mind, transform your habits, behavior, mental attitude, and reactions, and even reshape your life.

What To Expect

Expect Foundation

To set a good foundation for your treatment we must first meet, over the phone or a consultation so that we can determine if we’re a ‘good fit’ for each other. A connection between you and your therapist is a very important part of a successful outcome. This will set forth the tone for the entire process and instill a sense of ease that will allow for better communication and optimal results.

Expect exploration

The goal of psychotherapy is to empower you with healthy and effective ways to deal with your current situation and with future life issues. It allows you to explore within yourself, help you gain insight and deepen self-awareness. Our alliance will enable you to get a balanced, unbiased frame of reference and bring about change in your life.

Expect Opportunity

“In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity.” – Albert Einstein. With a new look on life, newly found self-awareness, confidence and relief you will find a new sense of opportunity. A successful treatment can lead to a new perspective on life and relationships, improve your mood, change the way you think and feel about yourself, and improve your ability to cope with life issues.

“Its not often that you meet a person who truly cares and goes the extra mile unselfishly. Thank you Dr. Pepper for helping me and my family get through terrible times while I was suffering from depression and anxiety. I couldn’t sleep and wasn’t able to function at work with all my mental and physical issues I was having. I’m certain my marriage was on the verge of falling apart and I didn’t know how to change any of it. I’m not the type of person who would ever speak to a psychologist, but your empathic, caring, and non-judgmental approach helped me open up to you and develop a trusting relationship. You will never know how much you are appreciated. Thank you for helping me put my life back together. You were truly meant to do what you do.”
